LinkSoft launched a new sales support system for Czech post.
The system is called eSIPO and is our yet another information system for supporting call center processes. This time it was quite a challenging job as the SIPO product for business sector is really complex. The system is integrated with the www.sipo.cz website on the data level. The whole solution was designed and implemented in cooperation with our partner company Underline.
