Web portal for SMS message handling
We developed a web enabled application for handling of large amount of SMS messages in call centers. The application was developed to support the SuperC campaign handled by the Underline agency for the Ahold company. There were hundreds of agents during this campaign reporting via mobile SMS information about their current whereabouts and task results. These SMS message were immediately visible via our web application to the call center team for further processing.
